soy sauce |

broccoli in small pieces |

cauliflower in small pieces |

piece ginger, grated |

| Directions: |
| |
Combine sugar and soy sauce and mix through beef strips.
heat wok, add 1 tbs oil and fry beef in batches, set aside.
Stir fry diced onion, garlic and ginger, add hard vegetables.
Add water, then soft vegetables and other sauces, sugar etc.
