Broccoli/Cauliflower salad

A really tasty salad. |
| Ingredients: |

1 cup |
|
mayonaise |
| |
1/4 cup |
|
sweet red relish |
| |
1/3 cup |
|
sugar |
| |
1/3 cup |
|
vinegar |
| |
3/4 head |
|
small cauliflower, cut very small |
| |
1 head |
|
broccoli, cut very small |
| |
1 |
|
small red onion, cut very fine |
| |
1 cup |
|
cheddar cheese, shredded |
| |
1/2 cup |
|
sunflower seeds (unsalted) |
| |
1/2 cup |
|
raisins |
| |
6 sliced |
|
cooked bacon, chopped |
| Directions: |
| |
Mix first 4 ingredients and mix very well. Comine with remaining ingredients and refridgerate for at least 8 hours before serving. Excellent the next day!
