Broccoli Florets, thawed & drained |

1 10 3/4 oz Can |

Cream of Chicken Soup |

Velveeta, cut into 1/2 inch cubes |
| Directions: |

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Top with stuffing and bake 40 minutes.
