1/2 cup |

whole wheat couscous |

1/2 cup |

shredded carrots |

1/2 cup |

zucchini |
| |
2 tbsp |
|
cilantro |
| Directions: |
| |
1. Make the couscous according to package directions.
2. Fluff with a fork.
3. Stir in carrots, zucchini and cilantro.
Serving=1/2 cup. 1 point.
