boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes |

chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced |

onion, diced |

navy beans, rinsed and drained |

crushed tomatoes, undrained |

black beans, rinsed and drained |

chicken broth |

| Directions: |
| |
Combine chicken, salt, cumin, bay leaf, chipotle pepper, onion, beans, tomatoes with juice, broth, and orange juice in crock pot.
Cover; cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours, or on HIGH 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Remove bay leaf before serving.
