cubed sirloin |

black pepper |

onion |

3 cloves |

garlic |

3 stalks |

celery |

1 can |

beer |
| |
1 quart |
|
spicy vegetable juice |
| |
3 tbsp |

red chili powder |

1 tbsp |

cayenne pepper |
| |

dried basil |
| |
3 TBSP |
|
cilantro |
| |
1 tsp |
|
fresh ground black pepper |

tomato soup |
| |
1 4oz can |
|
chopped jalapenos |
| |
2 16oz cans |
|
diced tomatoes and jalapenos |

1 16oz can |
|
red kidney beans |
| |
1 42oz can |

spicy hot chili beans |
| Directions: |
| |
Brown the sirloin in a large kettle- salt and pepper. Add onions, garlic and celery - cook in with meat for 5 minutes. Next add beer and spicy vegetable juice. Start adding in the balance of the ingredients.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
