Healthy alternative to oil-fried potatoes |

fresh potatoes |
| Directions: |

Cut potatoes into eight wedges (leave on skin). Spray wedges with non-stick spray and shake on salt and pepper to taste. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until wedges are tender inside and crisp outside.
