Japanese chicken wings

A family favorite. Sauce is great on rice. |
| Ingredients: |

3 lbs |
|
chicken wings (or any chicken part you prefer) |

egg, beaten |
| |
1 cup |
|
flour |
| |
3 tbsp |
|
soya sauce |
| |
1 tbsp |
|
water |
| |
1/2 cup |
|
vinegar |
| |
1/2 tsp |
|
salt |
| Directions: |
| |
Cut wings and discard tips. Dip in egg then coat in flower. Fry in butter until deep brown and crisp. Place in a shallow baking dish. Combine last 4 ingredients and pour over wings. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until chicken is done. Baste often.
