Nana's Chicken Marsala

  Chicken Marsala
Ingredients:
  2   Bonless skinless chicken breast
  1   smal bowl of flour
  2 oz   butter
  1/4 cup   chicken broth
  1/3 cup   sweet Marsala wine
    Fresh parsley chopped
    salt & pepper to taste
    dash of cream
Directions:
  Heat butter in skillet. Flour chicken breasts on both sides and add to skillet. Brown on both sides. Add Marsala wine, salt, pepper, parsley, and chicken broth. Add dash of cream.
