Oven potato casserole

Fast & easy side dish that can be made the day before. Left overs freeze well. Always a big hit at potlucks. |
| Ingredients: |

2 lbs |
|
Ranch style frozen hash browns |
| |
1 can |
|
cream of mushroom soup |
| |
1 cup |
|
finely diced onion |
| |
16 oz |
|
sour cream |
| |
1/2 cup |
|
melted margerine |
| |
8 oz |
|
grated cheddar cheese |
| Directions: |
| |
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Put in a large casserole and bake for 40 minutes at 375. Sprinkle with parmasean cheesse and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
