Slow Cooker String Pie

spaghetti, uncooked |

1 Tbsp |

margarine |
| |
1/2 lb |

ground beef |

green bell pepper, chopped |
| |
1 small |

onion, chopped |
| |

spaghetti sauce |
| |
1 Tsp |

chili powder |
| |
1/2 Tsp |

salt |
| |
1/4 Tsp |

pepper |
| |

eggs |

1 cup |

small curd cottage cheese |
| |
1/2 cup |
|
mozerella cheese, shredded |
| Directions: |
| |
1. Heat oven to 375º. Grease pie plate, 10x1 1/2 inches. Cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package. Place spaghetti in pie plate, pressing down gently.
2. Melt margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook turkey, bell pepper and onion in margarine, stirring occasionally, until turkey is no longer pink. Stir in spaghetti sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper; reduce heat to medium. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thickened.
3. Mix eggs and cottage cheese; spread evenly over spaghetti. Spoon turkey mixture over cottage cheese mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until center is set. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
