Slow cooker BBQ Beef (JP)

  slow cooker BBQ Beef
Ingredients:
  3 lbs   boneless beef sirloin tip roast
  3 ribs   celery, chopped
  1 each   lg onion, chopped
  1 each   med green pepper, chopped
  1 c   ketchup
  6 oz   tomato paste
  1/2 c   brown sugar
  1/4 c   cider vinegar
  3 Tbsp   chili powder
  2 Tbsp   lemon juice
  2 Tbsp   molasses
  2 tsp   salt
  2 tsp   Worcestershire sauce
  1 tsp   ground mustard
  10 each   sandwich rolls, split
Directions:
  Cut beef into large chunks. Place beef in a slow cooker. Add celery, onion and green pepper. In a bowl, combine ketchup, tomato paste, brown sugar, vinegar, chili powder, lemon juice, molasses, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and ground mustard. Pour over beef mixture. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until meat is tender.

Shred beef and serve.
