Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast |

|
Garlic powder and seasoned salt to your taste |

1 tablespoon |
|
vegatable oil |
| |
1 jar |
|
sliced mushrooms (or fresh) |
| |
1 cup |
|
shredded mexican cheese |
| |
1/2 cup |
|
chopped green onions |
| |
1/2 cup |

bacon bits |
| Directions: |
| |
flatten chicken to 1/4 inch thickness. Sprinkle garlic powder and seasoned salt. In a large nonstick skillet brown chicken over medium heat in oil for 4 minutes; turn. Top with mushrooms, cheese, green onions and bacon. Cover and cook 4 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear and cheese is melted!
