Spinach Salad

fresh spinach (10 oz) |

12 slices |
|
bacon |
| |

red onion, thinly sliced |
| |
4 |
|
eggs, boiled and chopped |
| |
|
|
raspberry vinaigrette dressing |
| |
1 loaf |
|
French bread |
| Directions: |
| |
Cook bacon and crumble. Slice onion and dice egg. Divide spinace evenly on 6 plates. Divide bacon, onion, and eggs over spinach. Drizzle with dressing.
Serve with heated French bread.
