			 Luscious berries and oranges tossed with crunchy nuts, crisp field greens, sharp and creamy bleu cheese, all dressed with a sweet vinaigrette and topped with steak! |

			1 lb. | 
			  | 
			steak, thinly sliced and cooked | 
		 		
			|   | 
			1 (16 oz.) pkg. | 
			  | 
			field greens salad | 
		 		
			|   | 
			1 (4 oz.) pkg. | 
			  | 
			bleu cheese, crumbled | 
		 		
			|   | 
			1 (16 oz.) pkg | 
			  | 
			strawberries, washed, hulled, and sliced | 
		 		
			|   | 
			1 (15 oz.) can | 
			  | 
			mandarin oranges, drained | 
		 		
			|   | 
			  | 
			  | 
			candied pecans or almonds, optional | 
		 		
			|   | 
			  | 
			  | 
			blush or red wine vinaigrette | 
		 		
			| Directions: | 
		 
		
			|   | 
			
				If you have leftover grilled steak, slice it up while it's still cold and heat it in a skillet with a small amount of oil, just until it reaches your desired serving temp.
 
 Then toss greens, cheese, fruit and nuts with vinaigrette and top with steak.
