boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped |

chicken broth |

diced tomatoes |

dry instant long-grain rice |

pinto beans, undrained |

taco seasoning mix |

salad mix |

tomato, diced |

Ranch dressing |
| Directions: |
| |
Combine all ingredients, EXCEPT salad mix and diced tomatoe, in crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours.
Mix salad greens and tomatoe, drizzle with ranch dressing.
