chopped onion |

lean ground beef |

1 can |

chopped tomatoes |

1 can |
|
corn (undrained) |

1 cup |

red fat sour cream |
| |
1 can |

sliced olives |
| |
1 cup |

corn meal |
| |
1 tbl |
|
chili powder |
| |
2 tsp |

salt |

cumin |

2 cups |

shredded jack cheese |
| Directions: |
| |
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain excess grease. Add tomatoes, corn with liquid, sourcream, corn meal, olices and seasonings. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Cover and simmer 20 min. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
