Tilapia Lemon Parmesan

Really skeptical at first with the food combos, but turned out great. |
| Ingredients: |

2 1/2 lbs |
|
tilapia filets |
| |
4 tsp |
|
softened butter |
| |
2 tsp |
|
fresh lemon juice |
| |
1 cup |
|
mayo |
| |
2 tbsp |
|
lemon juice |
| |
1/2 cup |
|
grated parmesan cheese |
| Directions: |
| |
Rinse Tilapia in cold water and drain. Top with butter and lemon juice. Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Top each portion with sauce and broil another 2 to 3 minutes until turns golden brown. Optional: garnish with lemon and parsley.
Sauce:
Mix mayo, 2tbsp of lemon juice, and grated parmesan cheese together thoroughly.
