Turtle Wiches (JP)

Ingredients:
  12 oz   refrigerated buttermilk bisquits
  1 c   ham, chopped
  2 Tbsp   onion, finely chopped
  2 Tbsp   butter, softened
  1 tsp   prepared mustard
  1 tsp   poppy seeds
  5 slices   processed American cheese
  2 Tbsp   sliced ripe olives
  1 can   whole mushrooms
Directions:
  Pat five bisquits into 3 1/2 inch circles on a greased baking sheet. Combine ham, onion, butter, mustard, poppy seeds; spoon 2 Tbsp onto each circle. Fold cheese slices into quarters and place over ham mixture. Top with the remaining ham mixture. Pat remaining bisquits into 4 inch circles; place over filling (do not seal edges). Arrange olives on top. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Insert one mushroom into the filling of each sandwich for the turtle's head.

Bake 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees until golden brown.
